Site Legal pages |
| Terms of Use and Privacy/Cookies Policy pages are included containing generic wording. This can be changed the wording via the WebPortal. It is advisable to ensure you have Terms of Use and Privacy Policy information available on your website. |

Graphic work |
| Here is a basic example of the graphic work used for the sample page. You can use something similar for your pages, we make sure the images fit correctly. |

Administration Portal |
| Using our web based Admin Portal you can change your site text at any time. You can add basic text or, for the more adventurous, HTML code which can provide for additional formatting or be used to include additional images. |

How to get your site fully operational |
| Obtaining a domain name. We can either advise you on how to do it or do it for you, General we use GoDaddy for our domain registration as we feel they offer the best service at the best price and they offer support via email or telephone. |
| Once you are happy with the site, and payment has been received, we will move your website into live operation accessible from your chosen domain name. In the process we will also submit your site to Google UK, Bing UK and Yahoo UK (the main search engines), |
| Also we will host your site on our server for 1 year as part of the package, we have our own dedicated servers on the internet which are firewalled, |
| We generally provide Help/Support in all areas developing and supporting your site but, like everything, there are limits. Most customers will need just a couple of hours support from us via either telephone, email or in some cases post, however we do put a 4 hour cap per month, this is so we don't neglect other customers |
